An experienced and exceptional professional in the built environment with over 30 years in the field of construction and civil engineering. He has involved and delivered various complex projects in various continents, including Africa, Europe, United Kingdom and Asia. Some of the projects includes, housing, commercial, distribution centres, data centres, hospitals, universities, pharmaceuticals, hotels, residential, and defence to name a few.

He is an expert in strategic housing Development and delivery with special interest in housing policy, sustainability, urbanisation and affordable housing. He is the Founder and CEO of Primebuild Nigeria Limited. Executive Director of Kingsbricks Development Nigeria Limited, Managing director of WG contracts, United Kingdom and Chief Operating Officer of Synergy20 property Limited, UK.

He obtained his Doctorate degree from Anglia Ruskin University in England. He is a Fellow of the charted institute of Building, (FCIOB) and Chartered member of the institute of Chartered Environmentalist.

Andrew is a distinguished finance professional with over 29 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial consulting. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Chartered Business Accountant in Practice (CBAP) with the Chartered Institute of Business Accountants (CIBA), South Africa, and an Accounting Technician Associate (ATSA) of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).

As the Principal Partner of Andrew Adeche & Co. (Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants) in Nigeria and Unique Securities and Financial Solutions (Financial Consultants and Tax Practitioners) in South Africa, he provides expert advisory services in financial strategy, compliance, tax planning, and business solutions.

Dayo Ogunjobi, B.Sc, M.Sc, MBA, MBCS

Dayo is a highly motivated and experienced leader with over twenty years of expertise in management, technology, and strategic planning. Passionate about innovation, risk management, and IT systems, he has consistently driven organizational success through data-driven decision-making.

He obtained MBA from Edinburgh Business School and an M.Sc in Information Technology Business from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, United Kingdom. He is the Managing Director of AKR Growth Ventures, where he leads digital sector training in management information, quality, IT, business transformation, and innovation. His previous roles include Director of MIS and IT Services at Richmond Adult Community College & Hillcroft College, where he spearheaded the development of IT, data management, and e-learning strategies, achieving significant operational efficiencies and cost savings.

Hon. Justice Oluyinka Gbajabiamila obtained his LLB. from the University of Buckingham, England in 1982. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 1983. He was elevated to the High Court of Lagos State Bench in 2001. Lord Oluyinka is a member of the Chartered Institute for Mediation & Conciliation, Fellow (FICMC) Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators Nigeria (ICSAN). He obtained a PDG in theology from International Bible Institute and Leadership.

He was the Vice Chairman Law Reform Commission from 2019-2023. Chairman Lagos State Citizens Mediation Centre, 2018-2022. Member of Federal Election Petition Tribunal in Edo State, Nigeria. 2011. A senior Judge of High Court Lagos State Judiciary 2001-2016.

Mrs Mojisola Oguntoyinbo, BSc, MSc, MBA

Mojisola Olayinka (Oladunni) Oguntoyinbo, is currently the manager Agric Business – Ecobank Transnational Inc. She has over 28 years of banking experience including over 18 years in public sector and Agric-business development in Ecobank. Moji obtained her first degree in Agricultural Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, an MBA from Ekiti state University and a master’s in development finance from The University of Stellenbosch Business School Cape town, South Africa.

She is an astute strategist in business development, corporate risk and portfolio management. Moji has held several management and leadership roles within Ecobank including Head of Agric and public sector. Regional Head of Lagos Island and Mainland and Divisional Head for Midwest and Southwest Regions. Under her leadership Ecobank public sector business in Southwest and Lagos region grew significantly and achieved N15b balance sheet growth in one year through her strategic and innovative customer-based product development.

Bernard is a versatile Chartered Construction Manager with over 23 years of progressive experience in orchestrating CCGT Power Plant, Nuclear Power Station, Heavy Civil, Rail, projects. Experienced in managing large World Mega construction projects, pioneering technology applications for process improvement, and motivating collaborative working.

Amongst his projects are; Black Point Power Station China Lighting & Power CLP- ($5b HKD), Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Station Nuclear New Build (NNB) (UK) – EDF Energy (£32b GBP).

He has participated in various construction projects and grafted in broad spectrum of knowledge in the process of delivery and construction to ensure maximum quality standards. A member of the Charted Institute of Building (CIOB). John have gained credibility as an astute and commercially focused professional with a natural ability for leading large complex projects through from concept to implementation, both with suppliers, design teams and clients alike. John obtained a BTECH in Construction management. He is the managing director of RIOF Limited a construction company in Mauritius

Dr Adeshina Aladeloba, FNIOB, ANIVS, RSV R.Bldr.

Adeshina is an astute construction, and estate management professional. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in estate management in 2008. Master of science in Construction Management in 2010, Master of Philosophy Construction Management 2015 and Doctor of philosophy [PhD] in Building Construction in 2021. All the degrees obtained from the University of Lagos.

He is a Fellow, Nigerian institute of Building (FNIOB), Associate, Nigerian institution of Estate surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS). He is the current chairman Technical Committee of Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) for preparation of Building/Civil Engineering materials Standards. Convener, Rammed earth and Concrete block pavement committee for harmonization of standards for African Regional Standard Organisation (ARSO) Kenya. Toyin Agoro is the Director, Business Operations and Programs, Worldwide Incentive Compensation for Microsoft Inc. USA. She has over 20 years of experience leading enterprise software development, data infrastructure, TechOps, Telco and IT projects, programs, and portfolios in global business development. She is currently, responsible for designing and implementing strategic compensation programs, plans, resources, and tools that enable 40,000+ Microsoft sellers, delivery teams and Sales Leaders world-wide.

Her in-depth technical background in Software Engineering, Development, Design, and Testing has enhanced her global participation in various Microsoft deliveries. She was formerly the Vice President, Program and Project Management at Citibank Inc. USA, Program Manager, Technical Strategy Director at Ericsson, Inc. USA.

Toyin obtained a BSc in Information Technology from Midrand University, South Africa, and Master of Business Administration (MBA), Management Major, from Texas A&M University, USA

She is a certified Scrum Master with over 15 years of expertise in Agile Methodology

Builder Bashir Ashimiyu, FNIOB, CORBON, QAA

Bashir has over 35 years in the built environment. He is a dedicated construction professional. He has experience in construction lifecycle and delivery. Bashir is a construction quality Control expert. He was an astute technical expert in construction products. His technical understanding propelled his rising to the position of the Acting General Manager and later General manager.

Bashir attended Yaba College of Technology where he completed his Ordinary Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Building Technology. He has occupied many positions including past Chairman of Lagos State chapter of the Nigeria Institute of Building. He is a member of Council of Registered Builders ( CORBON). He is the current Association of Professionals Bodies, Lagos State.

He is a certified Quality Assurance Accessor, (QAA), Institution of Occupational Safety and Health ( IOSH) United Kingdom and Project Management professional

Professor Oluwafemi Akande PhD, MSc, BSc, RIBA,CIBSE,NIA

Oluwafemi has over 30 years’ experience in both academic and in the industry as and Architect and academician. The blend of both worlds has given him the industry and academic experience. He obtained his degrees in B.Sc. Architecture in 1995 and M.Sc. Architecture in 2000 from the University of Jos. He proceeded to the United Kingdom to where he obtained his PhD in Architecture in 2015 while on a fully funded scholarship from Anglia Ruskin University. In 2018, Olufemi completed postdoctoral research at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.

Professor Akande previously worked for many private organisations as an architect in Nigeria before going into academics. He has received numerous awards both in Nigeria and on the global stage. He is a Chartered member of the Institute of Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) United Kingdom and member of the following organisations: Network for Comfort and Energy Use in Buildings (NCEUB) UK, Forum UNESCO/University and Heritage, Spain, Forum on Science and Innovation for Sustainable Development, US. He has undergone various courses with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) UK, and Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineer (CIBSE) London, United Kingdom. Member of Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and Nigeria institutes of Architects (NIA). He has over 100 publications and journals to his credit.

He was an associate professor at the Federal University of Technology, Minna before joining Nile University in Abuja recently as a professor of Architecture.

Debare is an architect and a member of Chartered institute of building (MCIOB). Deba has over 22 years’ experience of working in the UK and in the Nigerian construction industry. His industry experience cuts across sectors ranging from commercial, educational, healthcare, residential, research facilities, energy, student housing, defence and office development.

Having worked both as a consultant architect and a building contractor, Debare brings a balance that makes him particularly adept at working with various client and contract types. Scottish Centre for Regenerative Medicine (award winning), Trinity Building Halifax, Beatson Oncology Centre, Rowan Bank Gardens Development (Residential development of the Year award winner) are projects that Debare has delivered. Deba obtained MA Architecture from the University of Lagos and MSc in construction and project management from Herriot Watt University in Edinburgh.
