Some of the projects includes, housing, commercial, distribution centres, data centres, hospitals, universities, pharmaceuticals, hotels, residential, and defence to name a few.
He is an expert in strategic housing Development and delivery with special interest in housing policy, sustainability, urbanisation and affordable housing. He is the Founder and CEO of Primebuild Nigeria Limited. Executive Director of Kingsbricks Development Nigeria Limited, Managing director of WG contracts, United Kingdom and Chief Operating Officer of Synergy20 property Limited, UK.
He obtained his Doctorate degree from Anglia Ruskin University in England. He is a Fellow of the charted institute of Building, (FCIOB) and Chartered member of the institute of Chartered Environmentalist.

He is the Managing Director of AKR Growth Ventures, where he leads digital sector training in management information, quality, IT, business transformation, and innovation. Hon. Justice Oluyinka Gbajabiamila obtained his LLB. from the University of Buckingham, England in 1982. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 1983. He was elevated to the High Court of Lagos State Bench in 2001. Lord Oluyinka is a member of the Chartered Institute for Mediation & Conciliation, Fellow (FICMC) Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators Nigeria (ICSAN). He obtained a PDG in theology from International Bible Institute and Leadership.
He was the Vice Chairman Law Reform Commission from 2019-2023. Chairman Lagos State Citizens Mediation Centre, 2018-2022. Member of Federal Election Petition Tribunal in Edo State, Nigeria. 2011. A senior Judge of High Court Lagos State Judiciary 2001-2016.

Mojisola Olayinka (Oladunni) Oguntoyinbo, is currently the manager Agric Business – Ecobank Transnational Inc. She has over 28 years of banking experience including over 18 years in public sector and Agric-business development in Ecobank. Moji obtained her first degree in Agricultural Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, an MBA from Ekiti state University and a master’s in development finance from The University of Stellenbosch Business School Cape town, South Africa.
She is an astute strategist in business development, corporate risk and portfolio management. Moji has held several management and leadership roles within Ecobank including Head of Agric and public sector. Regional Head of Lagos Island and Mainland and Divisional Head for Midwest and Southwest Regions. Bashir has over 35 years in the built environment. He is a dedicated construction professional. He has experience in construction lifecycle and delivery. Bashir is a construction quality Control expert. He was an astute technical expert in construction products. His technical understanding propelled his rising to the position of the Acting General Manager and later General manager.
Bashir attended Yaba College of Technology where he completed his Ordinary Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Building Technology. He has occupied many positions including past Chairman of Lagos State chapter of the Nigeria Institute of Building. He is a member of Council of Registered Builders ( CORBON). He is the current Association of Professionals Bodies, Lagos State.

Professor Oluwafemi Akande PhD, MSc, BSc, RIBA,CIBSE,NIA

Oluwafemi has over 30 years’ experience in both academic and in the industry as and Architect and academician. The blend of both worlds has given him the industry and academic experience. He obtained his degrees in B.Sc. Architecture in 1995 and M.Sc. Architecture in 2000 from the University of Jos. He proceeded to the United Kingdom to where he obtained his PhD in Architecture in 2015 while on a fully funded scholarship from Anglia Ruskin University. In 2018, Olufemi completed postdoctoral research at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.
Professor Akande previously worked for many private organisations as an architect in Nigeria before going into academics. He has received numerous awards both in Nigeria and on the global stage. He is a Chartered member of the Institute of Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) United Kingdom and member of the following organisations: Network for Comfort and Energy Use in Buildings (NCEUB) UK, Forum UNESCO/University and Heritage, Spain, Forum on Science and Innovation for Sustainable Development, US. He has undergone various courses with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) UK, and Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineer (CIBSE) London, United Kingdom. He was an associate professor at the Federal University of Technology, Minna before joining Nile University in Abuja recently as a professor of Architecture.
